Join our Tower Hamlets Reset Recovery Team as a Volunteer!
Do you enjoy helping people and making others feel at ease? As a Meet & Greet Volunteer, you'll be the first point of contact for people accessing our services. You'll help create a warm, welcoming environment, provide practical support, and play an important role in helping people feel comfortable as they begin their recovery journey.
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do

Welcome visitors and provide a friendly first impression.

Support reception with enquiries and appointments.

Help service users complete registration paperwork.

Signpost people to support services and community resources.

Assist with telephone calls relating to housing, benefits, and other needs.

Issue food parcels and vouchers where appropriate.

Help keep reception and client areas tidy and welcoming.

Promote recovery, involvement, and positive engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity which will allow you to gain experience of volunteering within the substance misuse field. You will be part of a supportive team and will receive comprehensive training and guidance to develop within the role.
