The Spanish Way FC is a football club located in Fulham & Chelsea. We offer individual and group training programs as well as holistic development for players of any age or ability. Our aim is to provide high-quality football sessions for everyone, from three-year-olds all the way through to semi-pro or professional players.
We are looking for passionate and highly qualified football coaches to join our community of coaches. We are a sports club committed to developing young players and coaching correct technique which promotes quality football. Responsibilities:
- Planning fun and engaging training sessions for players of all ages and levels.
- Delivering sessions focusing on specific individual and team skills for players.
- Promoting teamwork, respect, and discipline on the field.
- Collaborating with coaching and development staff to enhance engagement in each session.
- Staying up to date with the latest training trends and methodologies.
- Creating a positive role model persona as an example for young players.
- Brand ambassador - Promoting TheSpanishWay where possible.
Requirements:
- Passion for football and talent development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate players.
- Introduction to Football qualification (FA Level 1).
- Safeguarding children in Football qualification.
- Introduction to First-Aid in football qualification.
- Up to date DBS.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Spanish speaking (preferred)
