Together, in partnership with Change Grow Live (CGL), deliver specialist Drug & Alcohol Housing-Related Support services across Norfolk. We’re proud to support individuals with complex needs and severe mental health challenges, helping them build brighter, more independent futures.
About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced and passionate Senior Recovery Worker to join our supportive and close-knit team in East Norfolk.
There may be occasional need to work across the County.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a complex caseload of individuals with drug & alcohol and mental health needs
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred support
- Working collaboratively with clinical teams, partner organisations and stakeholders
- Building strong local partnerships across housing, health and recovery services
- Promoting service user empowerment, inclusion and independence
- Helping to develop and improve service delivery during an exciting period of growth
About You

Application question(s):
- Please confirm that you have experience of working in mental health settings e.g., with inpatient, drug & alcohol, forensic, homeless, or dual diagnosis individuals or with individuals presenting with increased risks to self
- Please confirm that you have a minimum of 3 year’s direct experience of working (paid or voluntary) with people using services with at least one of the following support needs: substance misuse, offending history, mental health, learning disabilities, single homeless, and a clear understanding of at least two other related groups
- Please confirm you are you aware that this role is based in East Norfolk but may require working across County on occasion
