This allows our clinicians to spend more time focusing on patient care and less time on administrative tasks.The RoleWe are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist Independent Prescriber (IP) to join our growing UK team.The successful candidate will work alongside our doctors, nurse practitioners, and operations team to deliver safe, high-quality ADHD medication services through our digital platform.This role is ideal for an Independent Prescriber who enjoys remote working, values patient-centred care, and would like to grow with an ambitious healthcare start-up.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care & Prescribing
- Conduct remote consultations via video and telephone.
- Deliver ADHD medication initiation, titration, monitoring, and ongoing medication reviews within your scope of competence.
- Prescribe safely and in accordance with NICE guidance, GPhC standards, MHRA recommendations, and company protocols.
- Manage repeat prescriptions and medication-related enquiries.
- Monitor treatment outcomes and identify any medication-related risks or concerns.
Clinical Governance
- Maintain accurate and high-quality clinical documentation.
- Prepare clinical communications and shared-care documentation where appropriate.
- Participate in safeguarding processes and risk assessments.
- Keep up to date with relevant prescribing guidance and regulatory requirements.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with doctors, nurse practitioners, and administrative teams to provide a seamless patient experience.
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives and development of clinical workflows.
Essential Requirements
- Active registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) with no restrictions.
- Active Independent Prescriber (IP) annotation on the GPhC register.
- Minimum 2 years of post-registration pharmacy experience.
- Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, digital healthcare environment.
- Legal right to work and currently residing in the UK.
Desirable Experience
- Experience in ADHD medication management and titration.
- Experience prescribing Schedule 2 Controlled Drugs.
- Experience in primary care, mental health services, community pharmacy, or tele-health.
- Experience using digital clinical systems and remote consultation platforms.

Pay: £55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
Work Location: Remote
