Summary
We are seeking a Volunteer Assistant Coach to join our team in <LOCATION>. This role is vital in supporting our coaching staff and helping young players develop their skills while fostering a positive sporting environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead coaches in planning and delivering training sessions.
- Support players' technical and tactical development.
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive attitudes among players.
- Help organize team activities and match-day preparations.
- Contribute to creating an inclusive and encouraging environment for all participants.
- Support the implementation of coaching strategies aligned with club goals.
- Maintain a safe and respectful environment during all activities.
- Qualifications
- Experience or interest in sports coaching or youth sports.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Enthusiasm for working with young people.
- Ability to motivate and encourage players.
- Prior coaching or teaching experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Commitment to promoting fair play and positive sporting values.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other coaches and staff.
