Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist with the coordination and movement of materials, tools, and equipment around the construction site
- Support team members by organizing work areas and ensuring materials are readily available for tasks
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Help with site cleanup, waste disposal, and maintaining a tidy work environment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Support the installation of structures by holding, positioning, or securing materials as directed
- Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately to site management
Experience
- Prior experience working on construction sites or in a manual labor role is preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects safely
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices and protocols
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project needs
