Job Title : Document Integrity Consultant

We’re now recruiting internally for a Document Integrity Consultant to join us in Leyland. In this role you’ll be responsible for issuing all travel documents, ensuring they are of a high quality and include all the information needed by our customers.
Current Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, including Bank Holidays. Saturdays on a rota basis, approximately 1 in 4
Job Accountabilities
- Issue all booking documents and collate all supplier documents
- Escalate issues and incorrect information to the Data Integrity Coordinator and work with them to identify the root cause, fix the issue and prevent reoccurrence
- Ensure documents are sent out to customers within SLAs
- Reconfirm all travel arrangements for our high-profile accounts
- Support the Data Integrity Coordinator to raise concerns regarding any documents to the wider business and improve ways of working
- Work as part of a team, maintaining strong relationships and supporting new colleagues with their training
- Adhere to GDPR and maintain a professional approach at all times.
- Support other areas of the Operations department where the business needs.
