Hours: 40 hours per week
Mixture of early and late shifts (8-hour shifts), alternate weekends expected.

We are looking for a caring, proactive and dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our team at Falconers Court, a residential home in Edenbridge supporting seven adults with varying support needs.
About the Role:
Falconers Court is home to seven individuals with:
- Autism
- Learning disabilities
- Physical disabilities
- Limited verbal communication skills
- Occasional behaviours of concern
You'll provide person-centred support, helping individuals with personal care, daily living activities, community access and achieving their goals in a safe and supportive environment.
As a Senior Support Worker, you will:
- Lead shifts and support a small team to deliver high-quality care
- Follow personalised support plans and risk assessments
- Administer medication safely and accurately
- Complete health, safety and fire checks
- Maintain accurate care records and reports
- Provide 1:1 support when required
- Encourage independence and life skills development
- Support individuals with community participation
- Carry out light household duties
- Build positive relationships with families and professionals
- Participate in training and ongoing development opportunities
What We're Looking For:
Essential
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience leading shifts or supporting a small team
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Flexibility to work early, late and weekend shifts
- Right to work in the UK
- Commitment to safeguarding, equality and inclusion
Desirable
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
- Experience supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities
- Experience managing behaviours that challenge
- Full UK driving licence
- Transferable DBS
- Experience using electronic care recording systems
