Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our 3d printing manufacturing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will help streamline operations, enhance product quality, and support the overall efficiency of our manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and refine manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and product quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues in production lines and implement effective corrective actions.
- Control the process and trace the operations
- Managing a team of 15 operators at different operations
- Collaborate with fabrication teams to optimize tooling, assembly methods, 3d print processes, and material preparation.
Skills
- Strong production and machinery maintenance knowledge with experience in manufacturing industry.
- Very high work ethics, management skills, reporting skills, communication and team leading, multi tasking, and attention to details.
- Expertise in root cause analysis techniques to troubleshoot production issues effectively.
- Knowledge of tooling design, assembly processes, and fabrication techniques.
- Familiarity with general maintenance and overhaul of the industrial machineries
- Commitment to continuous improvement methodologies aimed at enhancing manufacturing efficiency and quality.

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
