Duties
- Perform traditional Thai massage techniques, including stretching, acupressure, and gentle manipulation to relieve muscle tension and promote relaxation
- Assess clients’ needs and customize massage sessions accordingly to ensure maximum benefit
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment area in compliance with hygiene standards
- Educate clients on post-massage care and recommend future treatments or wellness practices
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and operational flow
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client preferences for personalized service
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of service quality and professionalism
Skills
- Proven experience as a Thai masseuse or in similar massage therapy roles
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and pressure points relevant to Thai massage techniques
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and explain treatment benefits clearly
- Ability to create a relaxing environment that fosters trust and comfort for clients
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform precise massage movements over extended periods
- Certification in Thai massage or related holistic therapies is preferred but not mandatory
