Physiotherapist / Sports Rehabilitation Clinician
Bromsgrove
We are looking for a Physiotherapist or Sports Rehabilitation Clinician to join our clinic in Bromsgrove on a self employed basis.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and wants to help people return to activity, sport, and the gym with confidence.
We take a straightforward, patient-centred approach - focusing on clear assessment, practical rehabilitation, and helping people understand and manage their own recovery.
The Role
You will be working with a varied caseload including:
– general aches and pains
– gym-related injuries
– sports injuries
– patients returning to activity after time away
You’ll be part of a small, supportive team, with a focus on delivering high-quality care rather than high-volume, quick-fix treatment.
Working Hours
This role includes fixed clinic sessions:
– Monday: 4:00pm – 8:00pm
– Wednesday: 1:00pm – 7:00pm
These sessions are an essential part of the role, so applicants must be able to commit to them consistently.
Additional hours may be available over time as the role develops.
What We Offer
– A well-established clinic with a strong local reputation
– A structured and supportive working environment
– The opportunity to develop your clinical skills and confidence
– A focus on long-term outcomes and patient understanding
What We’re Looking For
– Confident managing general MSK conditions
– Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport
– Interest in rehabilitation and return to activity
– Reliable and consistent availability
– Someone who values structure and wants to be part of a growing clinic
- Additional qualification in sports massage is also desirable.
Pay
– £30 per patient
Important
This role is best suited to someone looking for consistency and growth within a clinic setting.
It is not suitable for someone looking for fully flexible, ad hoc, or highly variable hours.
To Apply
Please apply with your CV and a short message telling us:
– why this role would suit you
– how you approach working with patients
– and an example of how you’ve helped someone return to activity or recover from injury
We’re particularly looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and enjoys working as part of a team.
