As we continue to grow, we are seeking to hire a Chef de Partie to join our team at the Antrim Road site
Job title – Chef de Partie
Salary – £13.75 p/h negotiable depending on experience
Who we are looking for
Our ideal candidate should have previous experience at a similar level and have an enthusiastic approach to working within a professional kitchen.
You must be able to work early mornings and weekends, our wage structure is based on hours worked and is paid on a weekly basis
We are extremely busy throughout the week, as we grow and continue to push boundaries in the café culture within Belfast and across NI – you will be joining a fantastic team that you will help lead through innovative menus and ideas.
Main Duties/ Responsibilities
- Ensure meals are produced on time, with sufficient quantities/ portions for various areas
- Ensure all food is prepared in line with food safety regulations and requirements
- Maintain stock levels for all kitchen mise en place
- Work with your superior chefs in providing staff feedback & enable staff development
- Minimise food wastage through stock rotation and maintain thorough food prep methods
- Adhere to all food, health & safety guidelines to prevent food loss
- Helping with stock ordering and stock levels of individual sections
- Assist team in kitchen cleaning at end of shift

- Demonstrable experience and success in similar job roles
- Punctual, organised and trustworthy
- Experience in working with staff and motivating other team members
