What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading shifts with confidence and compassion.
- Supporting and inspiring a fantastic team of Residential Support Workers.
- Building positive, trusting relationships with our young people.
- Creating a home full of laughter, structure, encouragement, and opportunity.
- Supporting care plans, safeguarding, and ensuring high-quality care.
- Being a positive role model every single day.
We're searching for people who:
- Have experience working in children's residential care.
- Are passionate about changing young lives.
- Can lead by example and motivate others.
- Stay calm under pressure and love solving problems.
- Have a great sense of humour and bring positive energy to work.
- Hold (or are working towards) a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (Level 5 is a bonus).
- Hold a Full UK Driving Licence

Pay: £29,000.00-£31,500.00 per year
