Studio Design Feasibility Status, Hard points plan and Executive Summary
Coordinate and support benchmark for technical solutions applicable to the attributed project
In charge of the CAD design and development of highly complex components as single part and parts assembly with interdependent functionalities
Coordinate and support technical communication with Design and all non-Design Departments
Check incoming data from internal and external suppliers for compliance
Ensure feasibility and appropriate dimensioning of the developed CAD data (e.g., strength, rigidity, cross-sections, centres of gravity, Masses, moments of inertia)
Support the internal and constant process improvement in terms of CAD data timing and quality delivery
Embrace cross-project development teams
Coordinate and support the documentation and archives of the created CAD data
Develop product presentations relative to the developed CAD data
Responsible of storing, releasing and archiving in Team Centre according to Ford global processes. (Updating, maintaining and securing the data.)
