Duties
- Ensuring efficient food production and service.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes while adhering to specs and presentation standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for cooking with creativity in menu presentation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and management.
