Qualified Conveyancer – Hybrid Working, Wales

JCC Legal is a growing specialist conveyancing firm built around providing excellent client service, manageable caseloads and meaningful support for our fee earners.
We are looking for an experienced and qualified conveyancer to join our team in Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants the autonomy to manage their own caseload while benefiting from dedicated client onboarding and post-completion support.
The Role
You will manage a residential conveyancing caseload of approximately 50 active files from instruction through to completion.
Your caseload will include a broad range of residential property transactions, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New-build transactions
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Registered and unregistered property
- More complex residential conveyancing matters
You will be responsible for progressing transactions efficiently, providing clear legal advice and maintaining proactive communication with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
What We Are Looking For
Applicants must:
- Be qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
- Hold a current qualification through the SRA, CLC or CILEX
- Have at least five years’ combined conveyancing experience, including both pre-qualification and post-qualification experience
- Be confident managing a caseload of approximately 50 active files
- Have strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
- Be able to manage transactions independently from instruction through to completion
- Deliver a consistently high standard of client care
- Communicate confidently with clients, estate agents and other property professionals
- Be organised, commercially aware and comfortable working within a growing firm
