I’m currently screening candidates on behalf of an employer for a Trainee Sales Consultant position, with the successful candidate completing a Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship alongside their role.

Full training will be provided on the Industrial & Warehousing sectors, recruitment processes and the company’s sales approach.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is confident picking up the phone and speaking to new people
- Isn’t afraid of making 50–100+ calls a day
- Can handle rejection without losing motivation
- Enjoys working towards targets
- Wants to understand how businesses operate and identify their recruitment needs
- Is competitive and motivated by personal achievement
- Wants a genuine career in Business Development rather than a short-term sales role
- Is willing to learn the Industrial & Warehousing recruitment market from the ground up
- Must be able to drive
- May be required to work from other offices occasionally

Working hours:
Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–4:30pm (1-hour lunch)
Friday: 8:00am–3:30pm (30-minute lunch)
