Sales Representative
We’re expanding our Slough-based sales team and are looking for motivated individuals to join us as Sales Representatives.
This is a face-to-face, door-to-door sales role, representing established brands and speaking directly with customers in residential areas. No previous sales experience is required, as full training and ongoing coaching will be provided.
The role
As a Sales Representative, you’ll:
- Speak with customers face-to-face in residential areas
- Introduce and explain products and services on behalf of our clients
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Work towards individual and team sales targets
- Receive regular coaching and sales development
- Attend team meetings and training sessions at our Slough office
- Work a minimum of 4 full days per week, with availability from Monday to Saturday

- Fluent in spoken English
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
Sales experience is not essential — training and coaching are provided.
Earnings & opportunities
This is a self-employed, commission-only position with uncapped earning potential. Your earnings are directly linked to your sales performance, giving you the opportunity to increase your income as you develop your skills.
The role also provides opportunities to attend team events, national activities and work trips.
Requirements

- Comfortable with door-to-door, face-to-face sales in residential areas
