Shifts are between 7:00am-3:00pm and 3:00pm-11:00pm.
We are looking for a Receptionist at the Fairfield House Hotel. The role itself is the first point of contact for guests arriving to the hotel so ensuring they receive a warm welcome is key. You will also be tasked with checking guests in and out, using our booking system effectively, up-selling and answering any guests queries face to face or over the phone.

- Greeting and assisting guests at reception, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Answering calls and responding to enquiries from prospective customers and guests, taking messages where required.
- Managing the hotel booking system, including checking guests in and out and processing payments.
- Assisting guests with requests and providing excellent customer service throughout their stay.
- Working closely with other departments and management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a seamless guest experience.
- Maintaining a professional and organised reception area at all times.
- Previous customer service or reception experience would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Friendly, professional, and well-presented.
- Strong I.T. and organisational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude with a proactive approach to customer service.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
