We are looking for a dedicated Counter Assistant to join our existing team at our Fatsos REDCAR branch.
Experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
Working Hours:
16-20 hrs available. Shift pattern 11am - 3pm. Across 4-5 days Monday to Saturday. Closed Sundays.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their enquiries; explain menu items and answer questions
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain a clean and organised shop environment
- Stock shelves/fridges and ensure products are properly displayed
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and portion control
- Provide product recommendations and assist customers in finding the right items
- Ability to follow verbal instructions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Adhere to all food safety regulations whilst storing, preparing and serving food
As a Shop Assistant at Fatsos, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the shop's appearance, and assisting customers with their needs.
