Overview
We are seeking an experienced Installation Manager to work alongside the projects team, overseeing the installation teams and ensure the successful delivery of our high-quality glazing projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee project planning, coordinate resources, and maintain exceptional standards of workmanship. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards
- Develop detailed project schedules , materials lists
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Oversee site preparation, safety protocols, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor progress regularly, troubleshoot issues proactively, and adjust plans as needed
- Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and customer expectations
- Maintain accurate documentation of project milestones, delays, and completion reports
Qualifications
- Proven experience within the glazing industry at some level, and managing installation projects within the construction or glazing industry
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively
- Ability to develop or have proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward success
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites
- Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, suppliers, and team members
