Duties
- Perform lively dance routines and interactive entertainment to energize the dining environment
- Engage with guests through enthusiastic public speaking, storytelling, and hosting activities
- Teach dance moves or simple routines to guests of all ages, encouraging participation
- Coordinate with team members to organize themed events or special entertainment segments
- Maintain high energy levels throughout performances to ensure an engaging atmosphere
- Ensure safety during performances and activities, adhering to all health and safety guidelines
- Receive feedback from guests and team members to continuously improve entertainment offerings
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
- Enthusiastic personality with a passion for entertaining and engaging others
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude that energizes guests and colleagues alike
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Prior experience in hospitality or entertainment roles is a plus but not required
