Duties

- Present vehicle features, benefits, and financing options to prospective buyers, ensuring clear communication tailored to individual needs.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal, including conducting test drives and completing paperwork.
- Utilise CRM software effectively to track leads, follow up with potential clients, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, insurance, or accessories to maximise sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients and repeat customers through organised follow-up strategies.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed advice.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and dealership policies during every stage of the sales process.
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales or automotive sales management is highly desirable.
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are advantageous for engaging a diverse customer base.
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette to build rapport over calls and in person.
- Organised with exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple leads and appointments efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM software systems to track customer interactions and streamline sales processes.
- Demonstrated ability in upselling additional products or services effectively without compromising customer satisfaction.
