We are currently seeking a fully experienced Parts Advisor
Responsibilities:
- Interacting with customers to understand their parts requirements.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of inventory and orders
- Proficient in phone etiquette to provide professional customer service
- Familiarity with Pinewood or other spreadsheet software for data entry and tracking would be an advantage
As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their parts needs.
