Qualified Childcare Practitioner (Level 7 or Level 9) – Progression to Management
Location: Kilwinning, North Ayrshire and
Glasgow, Southside Darnley, St Angela’s Primary
Hours: 15 hours per week (Full-time available during our fun, activity-packed Holiday Club)
Pay: £13.10 per hour (with increases based on progression and performance)
About the Role
Danni’s Out Of School Care is opening a new service at the end of October 2026, and we are looking for a qualified Level 7 or Level 9 Childcare Practitioner who is passionate about working with children and excited about progressing into a management-level role.

What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting children aged 4–14 in a fun, safe and nurturing environmentLeading high-quality play experiences and daily routinesBeing a positive role model and building strong relationships with families
Contributing to planning, safeguarding and high standards of careTaking on additional responsibility as you progress toward management
What We’re Looking For
SCQF Level 7 or Level 9 qualification in Childhood Practice (or equivalent)A genuine passion for working with children
Professionalism, reliability and a strong work ethicCreativity and the ability to think outside the boxHighly organised with excellent administrative skills
Willingness to progress into a management-level rolePVG membership (or willingness to join)SSSC registration (or eligibility to register)
