We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Early Years team and help lead the delivery of high-quality care and education.
About the Role:
As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a key role in:
- Supporting the room leader and management team
- Mentoring junior staff and supporting staff development
- Ensuring high standards of care, safety, and learning
- Building strong partnerships with families and colleagues
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years (essential)
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting staff

We offer a competitive pay rate starting at £13.30 for those who hold a level 3 qualification or above.
The preferred hours are from 7.30am until 6.00pm Monday-Friday (3 or 4 days per week with a consistent day off in the week) however, we may be willing to be flexible for the right applicant.
We are committed to safer recruitment so all candidates must have a clear DBS (cost to be met by candidate). In addition, two satisfactory references will need to be provided prior to the commencement of this position.
