The role
Flatpay is a fast-scaling fintech and we hire a lot of people. Sales teams, customer support, field roles across the UK. Volume is high and the pace reflects that.
If you've coordinated recruitment in hospitality, retail, logistics, or any other high-volume environment, you'll recognise what this job asks of you. CV screening at scale, keeping candidates warm, scheduling that changes and gets rebuilt the same day, systems that only work if someone stays on top of them.
You'll sit inside a small, hands-on TA team supporting our Senior Talent Partners across sales and commercial hiring. You'll own the coordination layer end to end, from posting and sourcing through to interview scheduling, ATS management, and offer support.
What you'll do
- Screen CVs and manage application pipelines across multiple roles simultaneously
- Run first-stage telephone screening calls with candidates
- Source candidates proactively on LinkedIn and job boards for roles across the UK
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and assessment centres
- Keep our ATS accurate and up to date at all times
- Support with offer preparation and onboarding handover
- Give every candidate a professional, timely experience regardless of outcome
What we're looking for
Experience in a high-volume recruitment or coordination environment. Hospitality, retail, logistics, agency resourcing. Somewhere that moves quickly and doesn't slow down for you.
Beyond that:
- Strong organisational instincts and comfort with juggling competing priorities
- Confident on the phone and clear in writing
- Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told
- Comfortable with ATS platforms, job boards, and standard office tools
Where you'll work
London based, five days a week in the office at Soho Works, White City.
