We’re looking for a warm, welcoming, and reliable Spa Host/Hostess who is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and helping maintain the calm atmosphere we’re known for. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play an important role in ensuring every visit feels seamless, relaxing, and memorable from the moment they arrive until they leave.
DUTIES:
- Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Confidently guide guests through their visit, answering questions and ensuring they feel comfortable throughout their experience.
- Create a calm, relaxed environment where every guest feels cared for.
- Prepare and maintain the spa to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Monitor sessions and ensure all areas remain safe, tidy, and inviting.
- Work independently, managing your time effectively while staying organised throughout the day.
- Thrive in a hands-on role that involves being on your feet and moving around the spa.
- Help uphold the peaceful, restorative atmosphere that makes Drift & Embers special.
Bonus: Social media experience or confidence creating content would be a huge advantage to the role.
While there will be times when you'll need to work efficiently during busier periods, much of the role is centred around creating a calm, unhurried environment. We value people who remain composed, attentive, and welcoming, no matter how busy the day becomes.
WORKING HOURS AND BENEFITS:
- Alternate weekend work (every other weekend):
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Some flexibility with working hours may be required to meet the needs of the business.
- 1-hour paid break on each shift.
- £10 food allowance provided for every shift worked.
