Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times
- Follow food safety regulations and hygiene standards diligently to uphold health guidelines
- Manage cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle basic math calculations for billing
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure the bar is fully equipped during busy periods
Qualifications
- Previous experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Pay: £13.21 per hour
Expected hours: 12.0 per week
