We are looking for an experienced Business Support Administrator to join our busy Wealth & Financial Planning team. The successful candidate will have at least one year's experience working within a Wealth Management or Financial Planning environment and will play a key role in supporting our advisers and delivering an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Wealth & Financial Planning team.
- Process new business efficiently across a range of investment, pension, and protection products.
- Administer client platforms, including servicing requests, withdrawals, fund switches, and updates.
- Prepare client review packs and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate client records and update back-office systems.
- Liaise with clients, providers and third parties to progress business and resolve queries.
- Support advisers with client reviews, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and in line with FCA and internal compliance requirements.
- Manage a varied workload, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the team and support continuous improvement of administrative processes.
Essential Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 1 year's experience working within a Wealth Management or Financial Planning team is essential.
- Experience of platform administration and new business processing is essential.
- Strong understanding of Wealth & Financial Planning administration processes.
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships with clients and providers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using back-office and platform systems.
- A proactive, positive, and collaborative approach with a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
