Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles using schematics and technical manuals to identify issues accurately.
- Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension components.
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete repairs efficiently and safely.
- Interpret schematics and technical diagrams to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems effectively.
- Assist with vehicle assembly, component replacement, and equipment repair tasks as needed.
- Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for each vehicle serviced.
- Support preventive maintenance programs by performing routine checks and servicing to minimize downtime.
Requirements
- Proven experience with mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and repair procedures.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other repair machinery safely.
- Strong physical stamina capable of heavy lifting and performing manual tasks for extended periods.
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about repairs and maintenance needs.
- Knowledge of vehicle assembly processes and general maintenance practices.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
