Our primary schools across Bristol are looking for special educational needs teaching-assistants who have experience supporting children from ages 4-11 with a variety of SEN. We have a plethora of supportive schools with expert staff and great opportunities for professional development.
Our schools are specifically looking for SEN TAs with backgrounds in and a passion for supporting children with additional needs, that are looking to progress in a career working with SEN in fast-paced and active environments. This is the perfect opportunity to gain employment in a dynamic and diverse setting where you can apply and master strategies for working across a variety of different age groups with a variety of different SEN, from Autism and ADHD to Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and Social and Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) Needs.

Hours are typically 8.30-4pm, although can vary depending on the nursery.
The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant should:
- Have experience working with primary age children
- Be flexible, proactive and patient
- Be able to communicate effectively within a team
- Have a background in psychology, drama or health and social care, as these are very transferrable
- Be resilient, passionate and driven to go above and beyond for children of all needs.
