As a Senior Administrator / Resourcer your key purpose is to deliver a smooth, responsive service that helps schools fill their vacancies through our talented pool of candidates. There’s no cold calling or hard selling involved - all enquiries come from existing customers or new schools actively seeking our support. Your role is to guide them through the process, understand their needs and ensure they are matched with the right person.

What You’ll Do:
Working closely with the wider team, your responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly and professionally to incoming enquiries from candidates and schools via phone and email
- Reviewing candidate profiles to assess suitability for open roles
- Liaising with school stakeholders (such as Bursars and Headteachers) to gather information and successfully fill assignments
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM
- Ensuring all candidate compliance checks (DBS, vetting, references, etc.) are completed and current
- Preparing and sending digital documentation, including contracts and reference requests
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with both customers and candidates
- Coordinating candidate–school meetings ahead of agreed assignments
- Attending award ceremonies and other company events as opportunities arise
- Carrying out any other reasonable tasks requested by line management
Who We’re Looking For:
TIB Services is seeking individuals with excellent communication and customer service skills, strong teamwork ability, and a genuine passion for helping people - the foundation of everything we do. We’re looking for someone proactive, resourceful, and confident in thinking creatively to find effective solutions. The ideal candidate will:
- Have demonstrable customer service experience
- Have demonstrable administrative experience
- Possess strong written, verbal, and IT literacy skills
- Live within a commutable distance of Oakham (this is an office-based role)
- Be a team player who aligns with our five core values
- Be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have experience using CRM systems and/or handling data and databases
