Sales & Customer Service Representative – Cardiff
We’re growing our Cardiff-based team and are looking for confident, motivated individuals to join us in representing a variety of client campaigns.
This is a self-employed, door-to-door, face-to-face sales and customer service role, working directly with customers across residential areas in and around Cardiff.
The Role
- Engage with customers through face-to-face, door-to-door interactions in residential areas.
- Represent and promote client campaigns professionally.
- Provide a positive customer experience while building strong relationships.
- Work towards personal and team sales targets.
- Attend regular training, coaching and team meetings at our Cardiff office.

- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not essential.
- Legal right to work in the UK.

Working Pattern & Earnings
- Self-employed position.
- Uncapped, performance-based commission with weekly pay.
- Minimum commitment of 4 full days per week, with Monday–Saturday availability.
- Daily attendance at our Cardiff office before travelling to allocated residential areas.
