About the Role
This is a full-time position working five days per week, including one weekend day. Flexibility is essential to support holiday and sickness cover when required.
As a Jewellery Sales Consultant, you will play an important role in delivering the exceptional service George Moss is known for. Every day is different, and you will have the opportunity to help customers celebrate some of life's most important moments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering outstanding, personalised customer service.
- Building long-term client relationships based on trust, honesty and professionalism.
- Advising customers on jewellery, watches and bespoke designs.
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Maintaining exceptional standards of store presentation and product display.
- Supporting our in-house jewellery and watch repair service (full training provided).
- Managing customer orders, repairs and administration accurately.
- Working independently with excellent organisation and time management.
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment.
- Continually developing your product knowledge through recognised training.
