- 3 staff per shift for 26 residents

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals in a care home setting. The role involves supporting residents with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.
Duties
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Support individuals with mobility needs and transfers
- Follow and update care plans as required
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Help maintain a clean and safe living environment within the care home
