Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using computer skills and software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring easy retrieval and proper record keeping
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and office events to support team productivity
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and basic documents with attention to detail and clarity
- Support inventory management by tracking office supplies and placing orders as needed
- Provide general clerical support including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and other administrative duties
Requirements
- Prior experience working in an office environment or administrative role preferred
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication standards
- Reliable with strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
