Client Host
Location: Central London Salary: £32,500 per annum Hours: 40 hours, Monday–Friday between 7:30am – 7:00pm (shift pattern)
The Role
We are looking for a Client Host who delivers the warmth, professionalism and attention to detail typically found in five-star hospitality.
Based in a prestigious corporate workplace, you will be responsible for creating exceptional first impressions and ensuring every visitor and colleague experiences a seamless, welcoming environment.
This is more than reception - it is a hospitality-led role where service, presentation and attention to detail matter.
This Client Host role demands a high level of flexibility, mobility, and responsiveness. It is not a static or desk‑based position, but rather one that requires you to be visible, proactive, and consistently present across the operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional welcomes to all visitors and colleagues
- Manage visitor check-ins and ensure smooth arrivals and departures
- Set up and reset meeting rooms and event spaces to required layouts
- Maintain high presentation standards across reception and meeting areas
- Proactively support the wider workplace and facilities teams
What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer service, hospitality or corporate reception
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail • A proactive “how can I help?” approach to service
- Confidence using workplace technology (Outlook, Teams etc.)
