Summary
Temporary Teaching Assistant Level 2a required ASAP with potential for longer term contract.
This position is full time, term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful the salary received will be paid on a pro-rata basis.

Essential Qualifications
NVQ level 2 or above qualification (or equivalent) in exceptional circumstances, where local circumstances dictate, qualifications may be viewed as desirable
Desirable Qualifications
Level 2 or equivalent qualification in - English/Literacy and Mathematics/Numeracy
Essential Experience
- Willingness to engage in continuous professional development is essential.
- Willingness to commit to the wider life of the school community is essential
Satisfactory attendance record.

Desirable Experience
- Knowledge, understanding and experience of nurture principles is desirable.
- Knowledge, understanding and experience of restorative approaches to relationship management is desirable.
Experience and expertise with children with SEMH would be an advantage.
