Are you passionate about food, culture, and meeting new people? We're looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as a Street Food Trader / Event Stall Assistant for a vibrant 3-day weekend festival event.
At Mitzi’s Bakes, we specialise in authentic Indonesian baked goods and traditional market snacks, sharing the rich flavours and culture of Indonesia with customers across London. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in food service, customer engagement, and event trading in a fun and fast-paced environment.
No experience is required ! Just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
What You'll Be Doing
· Serving and presenting Indonesian baked goods and snacks to customers.
· Providing friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable customer service.
· Handling sales and processing transactions.
· Assisting with stall set-up and pack-down.
· Maintaining stock levels and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
· Keeping the stall clean, organised, and compliant with food hygiene standards.
· Sharing the story and culture behind our products with festival visitors.
What We're Looking For
- A positive, outgoing personality and a passion for food.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy event environment.
- Strong teamwork and reliability.
- Flexibility to work during the festival dates and event hours.
- Indonesian/Bahasa language skills are a bonus, but not essential.

Festival Location: Battersea Power Station | Circus Rd W, Nine Elms, London SW11 8DD
Pay: £200.00 per week
Work Location: In person
