Deputy Nursery Manager

Purpose of the role:
As part of the Management Team, to contribute to the development of the Nursery and company, with particular responsibility for planning, managing and developing the early educational provision for children in the early years and their families.
To ensure that the provision is of the highest quality; providing a safe stimulating and caring environment catering for the children’s education and development, whilst liaising closely with parents and carers as the first educators of their children.
To work as the SENCO for the nursery, support children with additional needs to meet their full potential.
Qualifications and experience
- NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
- Up to date first aid and safeguarding training
- Knowledge of OFSTED standards
- Knowledge and experience in SEND
- A passion for delivering outstanding childcare and learning
Minis Childcare Limited is committed to the safeguarding of children, an enhanced DBS will be required.
