Role: Electrical Engineer

We're looking for an Electrical Engineer to work at Mitie. You will be delivering high‑quality planned and reactive maintenance services across client sites, ensuring electrical and building services systems remain safe, compliant and fully operational.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver planned and reactive electrical maintenance across building services systems, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client and Mitie procedures.
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance by completing inspections, testing (including EICRs), and maintenance documentation in line with BS 7671, site permit systems, and nuclear‑site safety standards.
- Support project and upgrade works, providing technical input, reviewing drawings/method statements, and supervising contractors to ensure modifications integrate safely with existing systems.
- Participate in site safety processes, including risk assessments, permits-to-work, toolbox talks, and continuous improvement initiatives to uphold high standards of safety, quality, and asset reliability.
Required Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 for Electrical Engineer OR C&G 236 part 1&2 OR Level 2/3 City and Guilds 2330
- 18th Edition
- Full UK driving licence
