Our client, an Award-winning Estate Agent in the South West, are seeking an energetic, dynamic
Senior Sales Valuer to enhance their existing supportive sales team in their Downend branch in Bristol.
This
Senior Sales Valuer role needs a strong candidate to conduct the majority of valuations within the branch, including dealing directly with vendors, keeping up to date with market trends and using comparable evidence of the current market to win instructions.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday – 8.45 am to 6.00 pm
Every other Saturday – 9.00 am to 4.00 pm (with a day off in lieu)

The Successful Candidate will need to:
- Have Estate Agency valuation experience (ESSENTIAL)
- Be self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Have an ability to work within a team and independently.
- Be able to influence, and to show leadership qualities.
- Be in possession of a full UK driver's license, and own a car
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be able to deliver uncompromising customer care
