Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our BACKSHIFT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring pharmaceutical shelves and storage areas are consistently stocked, accurately labeled, and compliant with regulatory and safety standards. This role supports uninterrupted operations in a high-volume, fast-paced pharmaceutical environment by maintaining optimal inventory levels and product organization.
Prior warehouse experience and familiarity with forklift operation are highly desirable. The position is fully paid, ensuring compliance with employment standards.
Responsibilities
- Replenish shelves and storage locations with pharmaceutical products in a timely and accurate manner
- Valid Bendi forklift licence/certification (such as RTITB or ITSSAR-accredited training in the UK).
- Experience operating articulated forklifts in warehouse environments.
- Monitor stock levels and rotate inventory to ensure proper FIFO (First In, First Out) and expiration date control
- Verify product labels, batch numbers, and quantities during restocking
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant shelving and storage areas
- Work closely with inventory control, and operations teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking
- Follow all pharmaceutical safety, hygiene, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., GDP, SOPs)
- Accurately record replenishment activities using inventory management systems
- Respond quickly to urgent replenishment requests during peak operational periods

- Physically capable of standing, lifting, and moving stock for extended periods

Hours
Mon - Fri - 5pm - 2am ( overtime available )
