Facilities Manager – Whitehaven
Salary: £14.37 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (0630 1530)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day facilities management of the site, including building maintenance.
- Manage and coordinate contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment for staff and visitors.
- Address maintenance issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

- Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
