The Slaughterhouse is looking for a confident, hands-on Assistant Manager to help lead our fast-paced bar and eatery. Known for smoked food, cocktails, live events, and energetic service, we need someone who thrives in a busy hospitality environment and leads from the front.
The Role
Working alongside the General Manager, you’ll help oversee daily operations, lead shifts, support the team, and ensure every guest receives a high-quality experience. From busy weekend services to private events and cocktail nights, no two days are the same.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hospitality supervisory or management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure in a high-volume environment
- Passion for food, drinks, service, and guest experience
- Confidence managing both floor and bar operations
- Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail
- Cocktail knowledge is a bonus
