About the Role
As Business Development Executive, you'll help organisations remove manual processes, improve efficiency and embrace digital transformation. You'll work with Finance, Operations and IT leaders to identify opportunities to automate document workflows, invoice processing, order management, reporting and business processes using Spectrum's automation technologies. This role is ideal for someone who: Enjoys uncovering operational challenges Loves technology that delivers measurable business improvement Can confidently engage with stakeholders across multiple departments.
What You'll Do
· Identify new business opportunities
· Prospect new customers
· Conduct discovery workshops
· Promote Spectrum's automation and AI solutions
· Work with technical consultants
· Produce proposals and business cases
· Maintain CRM records
· Deliver against sales targets
Role Requirements
Essential
· Successful B2B solution sales experience
· Excellent consultative selling skills
· Strong communication and presentation abilities
· Comfortable discussing operational improvement
· Self-motivated and target driven
· Full UK driving licence
Nice to Have (experience of)
· Purchase-to-Pay solutions
· Order-to-Cash solutions
· Workflow Automation
