Location: Flitwick, Bedfordshire
Hours: Mon-Thurs 8.00AM-4.30PM, Fri 8.00 AM– 3.30 PM
Salary: Competitive - negotiable depending on experience
Overtime: may be available at an enhanced rate.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced CNC operator to join our bespoke joinery manufacturing team at our factory in Flitwick.
Key Responsibilities/ Requirements
Duties / requirements to include but not limited to:
- Running programs on our Homag CNC machines - 3 Axis & 5 Axis Router plus 2 no Beam – Saws as required
- Communicating with production office team via their manager to ensure the machined items are correct and efficiently produced. Checking machining matches details / drawings where required
- Ability to identify machining problems and report to their manager
- Carrying out daily, weekly and monthly operation checks on the machine they are operating to ensure tolerances are correct
- Performing routine maintenance checks to ensure machines are operating correctly and safely
- Working as part of a collaborative team to achieve shared goals
- Knowledge of, or first-hand experience in wood machining, joinery machining or joinery construction would be an advantage but not essential
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook (Office 365), would be an advantage, but is not essential.

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
