Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Temporary Care Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will serve as a key point of contact for individuals requiring temporary care services, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy. Your energetic approach will help coordinate care plans, facilitate communication between clients and care providers, and ensure smooth operations throughout your assignment. Full, valid UK driving licence required, with access to your own vehicle for occasional travel between sites.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration, including posting adverts, logging applications and scheduling interviews
- Carry out pre-employment compliance checks (right to work, DBS, references, qualifications) in line with CQC requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and staff records on internal systems
- Support onboarding of new starters, including preparing induction paperwork and contracts
- Liaise with hiring managers, agency staff and candidates in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with general HR and recruitment administration as required by the Operations Manager
- Coordinate with, and support staff to ensure timely delivery of services
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service schedules, and care documentation
- Answer inquiries from clients and their families with clear, compassionate communication
- Support the onboarding process for new clients by explaining services and coordinating initial assessments

- Prior office experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities during the temporary assignment
- Previous experience working within a healthcare or social care setting (essential)
- Strong IT and computer literacy, including confident use of Microsoft Office and case management/HR systems
