The Role
We're looking for a highly organised and motivated Fulfilment Associate to join our operations team. You'll be responsible for ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently and to the highest standard.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being hands-on, thrives under pressure and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience behind the scenes.
As order volumes continue to grow, you'll play a key role in helping us scale our fulfilment operation while maintaining speed, accuracy and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all orders are packaged to a high standard, reflecting our premium brand.
- Process shipping labels and prepare parcels for daily collection.
- Carry out quality control checks before dispatch.
- Receive, unpack and organise incoming stock.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records.
- Help organise and optimise warehouse storage and workflow.
- Assist with stock counts and inventory audits.
- Support fulfilment during high-volume live selling events.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
- Work closely with the wider operations team to improve efficiency and fulfilment processes.
- Assist with additional operational tasks as the business grows.
